Small Group Training

In-Person

Get fit with friends! Small group training is just like 1:1 but with extra accountability and a whole lot of fun in a supportive team environment.    

Workouts are tailored to the group. Individual attention is given, goals will be met, and gainz will be made. 

  • 3-5 people
  • Train at home, a park, or in my SE Portland home gym
  • 6-week training blocks
